ナチュラル・バランス・ダイエットは粉末を水や牛乳・ジュースで溶かして
飲むタイプのダイエット食品です！
こんな感じのシェイカーと袋に入った状態のナチュラル・バランス・ダイエット
袋の中身はこんな感じの粉末になっています＾＾抹茶みたいな感じですね
次の写真は実際に牛乳で割った時の様子です★
よくフタを閉めてひたすら振ります！この作業で何気に
お腹がいい感じに空きます（笑）
んでグラスにいれて出来上がりです♪
僕は水と牛乳・豆乳・ジュースで割り飲んでみましたがどれもばっちりです☆
他にもヨーグルトに混ぜたり、ゼリーにしたりとけっこう楽しめますね

③ここがちょっと…
ですがナチュラル・バランス・ダイエットは
粉末の味が一種類しかないのが
唯一の欠点かもしれません。
しかし、水以外でも溶かすことができるので
（お茶、ジュース、炭酸なんでもOK）
結果的にはいろんな味で楽しめるのでたいした問題ではないとおもいます★
④実際に使ってみた感想☆
意外に腹持ちがいいとおもいました！
粉末を溶かしたドリンクだからおなかがすくのが心配とお思いでしょうが…
意外に腹持ちがいいのです！
ドリンクより少しドロッとした感じのせいでしょうか？
朝食代わりにとれば、普通に昼ご飯までもちます！
また、こんな感じで届き…写真のように、書き込み式のダイエットカレンダーや
ナチュラル・バランス・ダイエットの飲み方レシピ・ダイエット虎の巻・
ウエストメジャーなど役立つオマケがいっぱいつくのも魅力ですね♪
あとお味のほうも気になるところですよね？
これもOK！いけてるんです☆
初日に飲もうとした時は正直まずそう…とおもいました
なんか青汁っぽいんですよ見た目が（笑）
だけどにおいをかぐとほんのり甘みを感じさせる優しいにおいなんです。
いざ飲んでみると意外や意外！
臭い同様にほんのり甘みがあっておいしいんです！
女性の方の純粋なダイエットにももちろん効果は大いに期待できますよ☆
むしろ女性向けの商品だとおもいます。
僕のような変り種の男も使っていますがね（笑）
あえて欠点をあげるとすれば継続できるかどうかぐらいです。

逆に無理な絶食ダイエットをして急激に体重を落としたい方には
