インストラクターの実態
インストラクターってどんな感じなの？ズバリお答えします＾＾
基本的には最初に基本的な施設の利用方法や練習方法を丁寧に
教えてくれます☆
しかし、その後は自由に利用する形になるのでこちらから声をかけない限りは
ほとんど何も教えてもらえないでしょう。
ある程度自分で運動できる方や一人で勝手に気ままにやる人はこのままで
もOKだとおもいます☆
ただいろんなことを聞きたい！教えてほしい！という人もいるとおもいます
そういった方は恥ずかしがらず積極的にドンドン聞くのがいいでしょう＾＾
だいたいのインストラクターは親切なので熱心に教えてくれます☆
受身にならずガンガン利用しちゃいましょう！
こっちはお金払ってるんだし（笑）
アルバイトか正社員かによって専門知識に差はあるようですが、普通に健康やダイエットのために
運動する程度でしたらはっきりいって大差ありませんから＾＾
お好みに合わせて一人でやるもよし、インストラクターと仲良くなってしまうのもよし！
